Mrs Navita Puri took over as Principal of Kundan Vidya Mandir. As the daughter of an Army officer and the wife of an Army officer, she has had the opportunity to study as well as teach in various Army schools and convent schools across the country and also a school of repute in Iraq. She has done her M.Ed and M.A in Education.

It has provided her with a vast and rich experience of 25 years to understand the problems of students and help them with their all round development. She does not believe in imparting bookish knowledge and has taught Social Science by giving practical exposure to her students while educating them. She is a strong advocate of thematic and Montessori way of learning and believes that we should be innovative in the field of education and not follow the old beaten tricks.
