“Knowledge without application is worthless.” In order to test classroom teaching different labs have been set up in the school where children perform experiments. KVM is the proud owner of Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Home Science, Geography and Computer Science labs which are well furnished and well equipped.

The Biology lab is like a museum having animal and plant specimens to provide a kaleidoscopic view of the gifts of nature.

The Chemistry and Physics labs have provisions for all experiments prescribed by the CBSE.

The Maths lab provides ample opportunities to the students to play with numbers and makes learning fun.

The Home Science lab is very spacious with all modern equipments like a refrigerator, a hot case, a microwave oven etc. There are eleven working stations with proper gas arrangements.

The geography and Computer Science labs too are well equipped.

The language lab is the latest addition in this series it aims to improve the speaking and listening skills of the students besides improving their pronunciation because language is the dress of thoughts.

To keep abreast of the development in the field of Information Technology, we have our 'Knowledge Highways' open and wired. State-of the- art computer laboratories in all wings of the school, equipped with the latest multimedia facilities and Internet access makes our students computer savvy. The facilites include a wide range of interests covering different areas of computer science, including Audio-visual and multimedia technology. We have High End IBM Servers and the language packages include C++, Visual Basic and Oracle as Computer Science and Informatics Practices are taught to XI and XII classes, along with web designing; while packages being taught include Logo, Wordstar, Fox Pro, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Windows, Microsoft Office, Flash, PhotoShop, HTML, CorelDraw and JavaScript.
